Last updated: 18 November 2025

This page provides key legal information about RunGen.ai, including details about the operating entity, contact information, and a brief summary of the nature and limitations of our service.

1. Imprint

RunGen.ai is operated by:

RunGenAi GmbH

Switzerland

Email: help@rungen.ai

RunGenAi GmbH is incorporated under the laws of Switzerland. The ordinary courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to the use of RunGen.ai, subject to any mandatory statutory provisions that apply for your protection.

2. Nature of the service

RunGen.ai provides access to generative tools based on machine-learning models. These tools allow you to generate or transform text, images, and video. We rely on open-source models and on models uploaded by users; we do not currently operate our own proprietary foundation models.

The content produced by these models is generated automatically. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your specific context. Outputs should always be reviewed with human judgment before being used or relied upon.

3. No financial, legal, medical, or professional advice

RunGen.ai is not a financial, legal, medical, or professional advice service. Any outputs you obtain through the platform—whether related to finance, law, health, or other sensitive topics—are not a substitute for professional advice.

You should not make decisions with significant legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences based solely on AI-generated content. Always consult an appropriate qualified professional where needed.

4. No custody of funds

RunGen.ai is Web3-native and currently uses ETH on the Base network for payments. You interact with smart contracts and your wallet to top up credits and pay for generations.

We do not act as a bank, broker, or custodian of your digital assets. You remain responsible for securing your wallet, safeguarding your private keys, and managing your own funds. Transactions on the blockchain are generally irreversible, and we cannot undo them.

Nothing on RunGen.ai or in any related communication is intended to be, or should be interpreted as, an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset or security.

5. Intellectual property and third-party rights

As described in our Terms of Service, we do not claim rights over the prompts and outputs you generate through RunGen.ai. However, the underlying models may be subject to third-party licenses and conditions, especially where open-source models are involved or where you upload your own models.

You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of any outputs complies with applicable laws and respects third-party rights, including intellectual property, personality, and privacy rights. We cannot guarantee that generated content is free of references or similarities to existing works.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Unless otherwise stated in more specific terms that apply to you, the use of RunGen.ai is governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

The ordinary courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or in connection with the use of RunGen.ai or with our Terms of Service, subject to any mandatory protective provisions that apply to you.

7. Geographic scope and eligibility

If you are located in any other jurisdiction, you must not use the service. If local laws applicable to you prohibit or restrict the use of generative AI tools or services like ours, it is your responsibility to comply with those laws.
