This Privacy Policy explains how Angelo Lamonaca (sole proprietorship), operating as Neuramare (“Neuramare,” “we” or “us”), handles personal data when you visit www.rungen.ai (the “Site”) or write to us about RunGen. RunGen is the generative AI platform GenVista is built on, and it is not yet open to customers. When it opens, the RunGen service will come with its own privacy notice.
Who is responsible
Neuramare is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@rungen.ai or by post at the address at the end of this policy.
What we collect and why
When you visit the Site
Like any website, the Site is delivered by servers that receive technical data from your browser: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the page you came from, and your browser and operating system. Our hosting and content delivery providers use this data to deliver the Site, keep it secure and find errors, and keep it in server logs for a limited time. We don’t use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.
No cookies, analytics or tracking
The Site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser’s storage. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools and no social media plugins. Fonts and every other file come from our own domain, so a visit sends no requests to third parties such as Google. Our hosting or security providers may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site against attacks.
When you email us
If you ask for early access or write to us, we process your email address and whatever you choose to share, such as your name, company, role, the media you want to generate and the volume you expect. We use it to reply, to assess and manage early-access requests, and to tell you about early access and RunGen’s opening. We won’t add you to a marketing newsletter without your consent.
Legal bases
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or a similar law applies, we rely on:
- the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, such as handling your early-access request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- our legitimate interests in running a secure website and answering the people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); and
- your consent, where we ask for it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted, unless we need them to investigate a security incident. Emails and early-access requests are kept while we are in touch with you and for as long as we need them for early access and RunGen’s opening. We delete them sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Who receives it
We use service providers that process data on our behalf and only on our instructions: hosting and content delivery, email, and IT services. We don’t sell or rent personal data. We may disclose data when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
Data processed abroad
We are based in Switzerland. Our providers may process data in Switzerland, the European Union and European Economic Area, and the United States. Where a country does not offer adequate data protection under Swiss or EU law, we use recognized safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or rely on a provider’s certification under the Swiss-U.S. or EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the GDPR, you can ask us:
- for a copy of your personal data and information about how we process it;
- to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- to delete your data;
- to restrict our processing or object to it, in particular to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- to give you the data you provided in a common, machine-readable format; and
- to stop processing based on your consent, by withdrawing it.
To exercise these rights, email hello@rungen.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU or EEA, the authority where you live or work.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the data we hold is limited to the people who need it. No transmission or storage is completely secure, but we protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Other websites
The Site links to GenVista and may link to other websites. Their operators handle data under their own policies; GenVista’s is at www.genvista.green/privacy.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, for example when RunGen opens. The date at the top shows when it last changed. See also our Terms of Use and Legal Notice.
