Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of www.rungen.ai and its pages (the “Site”), operated by Angelo Lamonaca (sole proprietorship), operating as Neuramare (“Neuramare,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

RunGen is not open yet

The Site presents RunGen, the generative AI platform GenVista is built on, ahead of its launch. RunGen’s API and services are not available through the Site. When they open, they will be provided under separate terms that you will need to accept; these Terms give you no right to use them.

Information on the Site

We describe RunGen as it is being built. The media, features, examples (including the API requests shown on the Site), figures and dates are for information only, may change at any time, and are not an offer or a commitment. We work to keep the Site accurate but do not guarantee that its content is complete, current or free of errors.

Early access

You can ask for early access by email. A request does not create a contract or oblige us to give you access. We may accept or decline requests at our discretion, and any early access will be governed by separate terms.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and to learn about RunGen. You must not:

• interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or try to gain unauthorized access to it or to our systems;
• send automated traffic that overloads the Site, or scrape it in a way that harms it;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• use the Site to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights; or
• suggest that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Neuramare, RunGen or GenVista when you are not.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design and code, belong to Neuramare or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The RunGen and GenVista names and logos belong to Neuramare. You may view and print pages for your own information and to evaluate RunGen. Any other use, such as copying, modifying or republishing the content, requires our prior written permission.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback about RunGen, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

Links

The Site links to other websites, including GenVista. We are not responsible for websites we do not operate, and GenVista is governed by its own terms.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for damage arising from the use of the Site or from reliance on its content. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to your use of the Site after they are posted.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the ordinary courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction for consumers.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
