We aim to reply to all messages within 24–48 hours on business days. Sometimes it is faster, sometimes it takes a little longer during peak usage, but we will always try to be clear and honest with you.

Discord community
Our Discord server is the best place to share feedback, discuss prompts, talk about open-source models, and connect with other creators and developers using RunGen.ai. You can find the Discord link in the app interface and on our contact page.

For quick updates and concise communication, we maintain a Telegram presence as well. It is a simple way to stay close to product changes and quietly reach out when something feels off. Links are available from within the product and our official channels.
How we can help
Technical issues – if generations fail, performance looks wrong, models misbehave, or something simply does not feel stable, send us as much detail as you comfortably can (wallet address, approximate time, model, and type of generation).
Credits and billing – we use a simple pay-per-generation model with top-ups in ETH on the Base network. If something about your balance or charges looks unclear, we will investigate and explain it as plainly as possible.
Safety & abuse reports – if you notice behavior, content, or usage that might be illegal, harmful, or in conflict with our Terms of Service, please let us know. We treat these reports with priority and discretion.
Privacy & legal questions – if you have questions about how we handle data, our use of infrastructure, or our legal terms, you can reach us at the same help@rungen.ai address. We prefer clear, written answers over vague promises.
